I only knew our father of the nation via textbook stories and articles about him or visiting his ashram in Gujrat. Understanding if we are on the right track as a nation that he had envisioned would be difficult to anticipate by ourselves. So I asked about the latest advancements in technology “Artificial intelligence” to find my answer. My question was, “Read every article, every book, every speech and every letter available to humankind about our father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi and then act like him and write a letter addressing to the nation of 2024 in his words. Put all that he admires all that made him proud about his fellow citizen and also all the things he wants us to keep in check and improve upon”.
And long Behold the Technology here is what it gave as an answer on how The Great Father of the Nation Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi would have Addressed our nation in 2024
Dear Fellow Citizens,
As I pen this letter to you in the year 2024, my heart swells with pride and hope for our beloved nation. The journey of India from the days of our struggle for independence to the present has been remarkable, filled with achievements that make me immensely proud of my fellow citizens.
I am heartened to see the strides we have made in various fields. Our advancements in technology, science, and education are commendable. The spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship among our youth is a testament to the potential of our great nation. The resilience and determination of our people, especially in times of adversity, continue to inspire me.
I am proud of the way we have upheld the values of democracy and secularism. Our commitment to these principles has been the cornerstone of our unity and strength. The progress we have made in empowering women, promoting social justice, and ensuring the rights of every individual, regardless of caste, creed, or gender, is a reflection of the inclusive society we envisioned.
However, as we celebrate our achievements, we must also reflect on the challenges that lie ahead. The persistence of poverty and inequality is a stark reminder that our work is far from complete. We must strive to bridge the gap between the rich and the poor, ensuring that every citizen has access to basic necessities such as education, healthcare, and employment.
The divisive forces of communalism and intolerance threaten the harmony and unity of our nation. We must remember that our strength lies in our diversity, and we must foster a culture of understanding and respect for all. Let us not allow hatred and prejudice to erode the fabric of our society.
Corruption and the erosion of ethical values are issues that we must address with urgency. We must hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity and accountability, ensuring that our actions are guided by the principles of truth and non-violence.
In this journey, each one of us has a role to play. Let us be the change we wish to see in the world, as I once urged. Let us build an India that stands as a beacon of peace, justice, and prosperity for all. Together, we can create a nation that not only fulfils the dreams of our forefathers but also paves the way for a brighter future for generations to come.
With faith and determination,
Mahatma Gandhi
